  • Updating of delivery status in original data files.

  • Verification is done by our Tele-callers on the 3rd day for undelivered cases as well as address confirmation is done for each and every RTO shipments.

  • Cross checking reasons are given by the vendors with the actual customers.

  • Address verification done for undelivered cases is been updated to the Clients.

  • Uploading delivery details / undelivered reasons / RTO Status with vendor remarks on the same day in our software and the reports are updated to the clients on weekly basis.
